We have adapted the Authorities' directives to our hotel, strictly controlling their application and ensuring they adapt to always ensure the best conditions for your stay
Our team is trained and rigorously applies the improved procedures and physical protection measures; team members must wear a mask
We post health instructions wherever they are useful
We ensure social distancing using floor markings, carefully organised traffic flows, etc, without disrupting from the comfort of your stay
Our health protocols have been strengthened, in particular on frequent contact points such as door handles, switches, lift buttons, etc.
We use cleaning products wich are effective against Covid-19 and are eco-labelled wherever possible
We recommend booking direct so you can pay remotely, receive your recepit by email and enjoy the ETIK loyalty benefits
Your room and bathroom are rigorously cleaned and sanitised. Bed and bathroom linen is washed at high temperature in accordance
with the Authorities' recommendations. Welcome products and additional pillows are available on request at the reception.
The service of your breakfast and meals is adapted.
Access to the breakfast buffet, when it is in place, is rearranged and controlled to organize the physical distance. The tables are spaced 1 m apart*, the tables cannot accommodate more than 10 people*; if there are 12 of you, we will make 2 tables! We invite you to enjoy our terraces and gardens (if possible). Our menu is available in digital format or on slate. Wearing a mask is compulsory to move around in the restaurant area.
