Behavior :

Management  will refuse service or evict a guest: untidy with dirty appearance ; being under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substance and acts in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace of other guests or is not in compliance with state liquor laws. Gambling or other acts that are contrary to good morals are prohibited.


Rates :

All rates are quoted in Euro including VAT, applicable at time of check-in.

Room rates are charged on a per room per night basis, for the occupancy mentioned in the reservation and depending on the period. Meals and Add-Ons are not included.

Tourism taxes are not included in the rate, and will have to be paid to the hôtel.

No stay booked before the establishment of a promotional offer will be refunded, even partial.

The present GTS apply to the sale transactions concluded by Hotel with individual guests.


 Réservation :

The Customer must be at least 18 years old, be legally authorised to enter into contractual obligations. And at least 1 person aged 18 is mandatory in every room.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card. (Credit card number, expiration date and CVC code) or by the payment of  a guarantee deposit (Check, bank wire) of one night’s rate. Upon reservation, a credit card may be charged for the total or partial amount indicated on the booking confirmation.
The hotel, after authenticate the credit card will notify the customer that the booking is confirmed and a contract between the customer and the hotel will exist.

The Hotel  will send you the confirmation of reservation by e-mail with a booking reference number. We will not take any responsibility for your arrival at the hotel without your booking reference number.

If a stay is shortened,  the full accomodation costs will be charged. In case of delayed arrivals and anticipated departure, non used services are not refundable.


Cancellation policy : (Except special terms)

SEMI FLEXIBLE RATE, the customer will be charged

A cancellation fee of 10 % of the booking amount if cancellation occurs between the booking confirmation  more than 8 days before the arrival date
A cancellation fee of 50 % of the booking amount for cancellation between 7 days and  3 days before the arrival date
A cancellation fee of 100 % of the booking amount for cancellation less than 2 days before the arrival date


INFO COVID : In case of last minute restrictions put in place by the government, cancellation is free of charge up to  48 hours before arrival date.



The customer will be fully charged at reservation. No requests for amendment or cancellation can be considered. An indemnity payment equal to the total cost of the stay will be withheld. No reimbursement will be issued for non consumption of any optional services booked and billed.

NO SHOW AT THE PLACE OF STAY : if you do not arrive at the place of stay, you will be deemed to be a ‘no show’ and your booking will be cancelled. An indemnity payment equal to the total cost of the stay will be withheld.

 Special terms and conditions applied to multiple rooms stays (5 rooms or more), long stays (5 days or more), exhibitions and events period. A payment of 50% of the total amount of the  booking is required to validate the reservation, and is not refundable in case of cancellation less than 60 days before the arrival date.


 Payment :

Payment for all of the services or balanced amount is to be made, at the time of the stay, directly to the hotel-keeper.

We accept Visa, Master Card over than 15€, chèques vacances and cash.

Bank checks are accepted subject to conditions. The hotel may require to every guest a national registration identity document for all types of payment.


 Knavery :

The swindle is an offense characterized by the fact to consume a good or a paid service:

 By knowing unable to pay or being willfully determined not to pay.

 While pretending to be willing to pay.

The swindle is punishable by six months imprisonment and a € 7,500 fine plus damages


Maximum occupancy :

The room is designed to hold a fixed number of occupants corresponding to the rental and must never be occupied by a larger number of people. All children aged 2 and above are regarded as persons in their own right and are included in the occupancy of the accommodation.

  • Double and twin bedded rooms : Maximum occupancy is 2 adults + 1 child (below 2 years old at the date of check-in)
  • Triple room : Maximum occupancy is 3 adults (or 2 adults and 1 child) + 1 child (below 2 years old at the date of check-in)
  • Family room : Maximum occupancy is 5 adults (or 2 adults and 3 children)

If you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed, you will be charged of the price on the accurate room for the number of guests.

 Extra bed, charged 11€ per night or baby cot (kids under 2 years old) charged 6€ per night are available. Those are submitted to prior reservation and availability. They only may be settled in some twin, triple rooms and family rooms.

Maximum number of extra bed or baby cot is 1 per room.

Extras are not included in the amount of the reservation, and will have to be paid to the hotel at the checkout.

 For security purpose, the client cannot introduce unregistered guest in his room, except with the hotel manager agreement. An extra charge may apply.

 We invite you to take precautions in order to avoid suffering any inconvenience and lock your door before leaving your room or going to bed.


Check-in and checkout :

Upon arrival, except with the hotel manager agreement, the guest cannot require to access to his room before 4.00 pm. (from 2.30 pm with an extra charge of + 20€).

Room rental period expires at 11.00 am, whatever is the time of arrival of the customer (until 1.30 pm with an extra charge of + 20€).

Early check-in and extensions are offered based on availability and will have to be validated by the hotel management prior to the customer check-in.  

If the guest requires the room one more night, he / she must inform the hotel before 11 am. Acceptance is subject to availability.

Late checkout, after 1.30 pm, additional day charge, plus tax will apply.

 All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card at chek-in time.

Room keys are issued to the registered guest(s). Do not forget to turn in your key or key-card at the reception when you leave.

In case of damaging or losing your key or any object belonging to the hotel, please advise the hotel management as soon as you notice the mistake,  otherwise, it  will be charged as compensation. 


Responsabilies :

Well behaved children of all ages are welcomed.  As the parents, guardians, or chaperones of children you are personally and legally responsible for and must supervise them at all times. For safety reasons, please do not leave children unattended in guest rooms, climb the trees or walls or gates, and do not allow them to roam the hotel property unsupervised. 


100% smoking free:

Since January 1, 2008, the smokefree law covers all indoor public places. For safety and to assure that our facility is not exposed to items or actions that create an odor which is unhealthy and objectionable to our guests and staff, smoking is therefore prohibited in rooms and all other indoor areas. A Designated Smoking Area is provided outside the building near the terrace. 


Failure to comply with the rules regarding smoking may result in an additional fee of 1 night to cover special cleaning for each violation. In the event of a false alarm being activated by a customer violating our no smoking policy, we reserve the right to impose a charge of 150 € on the customer who activated the alarm to cover the reactivation cost of the alarm system. This rule includes e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping.


The hotel manager reserve the right to take action against any guest or visitor found to have tampered or interfered with any detection equipment throughout the hotel, including detector heads in public areas, guest rooms, break glass points and fire extinguishers.


Preparation  of food in guest rooms of any type of cooking appliances  is prohibited.  consumption of food and beverages purchased or delivered by catering services which do not operate within the Hotel is not allowed in the rooms. Washing, drying and ironing clothes is not allowed in the rooms.


Pets (except for registered guide dogs) :

Pets (dogs and cats of small  size) are allowed in some pet-friendly rooms, but only with a prior announcement and with the hotel agreement, and are limited to 1 per room. The charge associated to a pet in the room is 8€ per day. All the housing rules apply in these cases (on a leash at all time, clean up with waste bags). Please note that pets are not allowed in the breakfast room. For security and hygiene reasons, no animal should be left alone in a room and must not be left unattended in the public hotel areas. Following the abuse encountered, we reserve the capability to charge for damages occurred during your stay or the day of your departure. In case of damages requiring full disinfection, a cleaning fee of 90 € will be charged. (This rule doesn’t exlcude guide dogs).


Damage to property :

You are liable for any all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee,  guest compensation, etc howsoever caused (whether by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room (s), hotel’s premises or property caused by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at the hotel during your stay. 

The hotel reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details as presented at registration and charge or debit the credit /debit card such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion, deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred or suffered bythe hotel as a result of the aforesaid. 

Damage to mattresses and linen including; towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, blankets resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, shoe-polish, etc. will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged article.

In case of deterioration of carpet, bedding, bed base, the hotel will demand the reimbursement of the damage with a minimum flat rate of 1000 € for rehabilitation and for the inability to be able to re-let the rooms.
Generally the client will have to pay the damages caused directly to the hotel. He may call upon his insurance (if he wishes to be reimbursed) for all the voluntary or unintentional damages that he will cause during his stay.
The hotel cannot be held liable in any way for damage to property or accident. The civil liability of our accountable customers will be automatically committed.

Noise :


In order to respect the rest of the other customers, no noise disturbance is allowed between 9.00 pm and 9.00 am.

Televisions, voices, or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times.  Doors should be opened and closed quietly.


The hotel has a noise policy, you must adhere, to ensure we can protect the hotel and our guests at all times and ensure that other guests have a quiet and comfortable stay. If you are being too loud you will usually get a warning. If the noise continues and more complaints are issued, you will likely be kicked out of the hotel, regardless of what time it is. (art. R.1334-30 et R ; 1334-31 du Code de la Santé Publique).

A hotel room being a resting place, any business is formally forbidden.

Mediator :

In case of dispute between the hotel and the customer, the customer is hereby informed that he or she may appeal to a conventional mediation procedure. In the absence of an amicable resolution within sixty days from the Customer Service referral date, the Member may appeal to the tourism and travel mediator, whose contact details and details are available on his website

Updates : The hotel reserves the right to cancel, amend or vary the arrangements and content featured in hotel rules and/or change, amend, vary or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Please check regularly for updates to these Terms and Conditions.

In case of non compliance by the customer of one of these regulations, the hotel keeper may evict a guest without advance notice and can terminate a room rental agreement without any compensation.

If there is any conflict or discrepancy between the French text of these Terms and Conditions and any translation thereof into any other language, the French text shall prevail.
